Menan's world famous July 4th is just around the corner, and we would love to have you join us this year!
Registration Deadlines:
- Food Vendors: June 15th
- Non-Food Booth: June 26th
You MUST provide an email address that is regularly checked. We send out information prior to the event to your email address on file. We do not sell your information to others.
Vendor Pricing
Booths need to be paid within a week of the time you sign up or your registration will be cancelled and the booth(s) will be opened up again. After June 15, you have 3 days to pay for the booth.
- Menan City Residents
- Food Vendors: $100, ($125 if you need 110v power, $325 if you need 220v)
- Non-Food Vendors: $50, ($75 if you need 110v power, $275 if you need 220v)
- Non Menan City Residents
- Food Vendors: $115, ($140 if you need 110v power, $340 if you need 220v)
- Non-Food Vendors: $60, ($85 if you need 110v power, $285 if you need 220v)
Pre-packaged food is charged as a food booth. If your booth has any kind of food, it should be signed-up as a food booth. Food vendors must also have a permit:

Refunds
- Cancellations Before June 1 - full refund
- Cancellations From June 1-10 - half refund
- Cancellations After June 10 - no refund
